Instructions for submitting proposals for new construction or subdividing lots in Lomas Mironas

 

1. Before submitting proposals, please review the Lomas Mironas rules & regulations for buying, selling, and construction. Be advised that approval for new construction from the Lomas Mironas homeowners association (junta de vecinos) is necessary to proceed with the municipal planning department.

2. Please submit all proposals in PDF format via WhatsApp to: +1 (829) 766-9188

3. Please include a cover letter with details of the new construction or subdividing proposal. Include name(s) of owner(s), contact information, and GPS location.

4. Please include a copy of the title with the proposal.

​

5. Please include a single-page architectural overview, site plan and/or survey with the proposal.

6. Proposals will be reviewed monthly by the Lomas Mironas homeowners association (junta de vecinos). A determination, signed and stamped, will be issued immediately upon review.
